London Marathon success

After miles of preparation in wind and rain (actually not so much rain this year), building up the courage to take part and complete the course and now the badges of honour in the form of aches and pain, the London Marathon is over for another year.

Twenty runners pounded through the streets of London on a beautiful spring Sunday, setting and meeting their own personal goals, but also raising money for the Sir Simon Milton Foundation. We had runners of all abilities with the fastest coming in under three and a half hours and the last one in some two hours later.

Together they have raised over £20,000 and we're still counting, which is a fantastic achievement. On behalf of all the people we help in Westminster out heartfelt thanks go out to the runners and congratulations to you all.
