Regent Street Association Fundraiser

On Tuesday 21st June 2016 the Regent Street Association very kindly organised and hosted a fundraising event for the Sir Simon Milton Foundation, held at the stunning Sofitel London St James, located in the former home of Cox’s and King’s bank in Waterloo Place, London.

Annie Walker making a speech about SSMF

Annie Walker, Director of the Association, explained her personal admiration for Sir Simon Milton and his vision for the City. She then introduced to the assembled guests Councillor Robert Davis MBE DL, a Trustee of the Foundation, who talked about the charity’s work. The Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Steve Summers, did the honours at the raffle, which combined with the wonderful silent auction prizes on display, collected by the Association, raised £6,000 for the Foundation. We are truly grateful - it was a fantastic effort and great fun too!
