David Shaw OBE (Chairman)
David Shaw worked in in retail and commercial real estate businesses in the City of Westminster for 44 years. His penultimate role, prior to retirement, was to lead the regeneration of Regent Street for The Crown Estate. Read More...
David is currently a non-executive director of three not for profit organisations based in the same area: Deputy Chair of The English Speaking Union; co-founder and Chairman of the Orpheus Sinfonia Foundation; and non-executive of the Mayfair Art Weekend. David Shaw was awarded an OBE in 2014 for his services to the retail industry and charity.

Robert Davis served as a Councillor on Westminster City Council from 1982 to 2018. He was Deputy Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for the Built Environment. He was Lord Mayor of Westminster in 1996-1997 and chaired the London Mayors’ Association between 1998 and 2015. He is currently a Deputy Lieutenant for Greater London. Read More...
Robert is a founding Trustee of the Sir Simon Milton Foundation. He is also a trustee of a number of other charities and voluntary organisations. A solicitor by profession, specialising in property law, he recently retired as a partner in Freeman Box. Robert was Simon’s civil partner.

At the BBC Sally produced many returning series and was Commercial Channels Manager for BBC Production and Channel Development Executive for Broadcast launching the UKTV Channels and BBC3. Until 2019 she was a Director of her Family Business Angel’s Costumes, Awarded the BAFTA for Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema 2016.
Sally has written for local and national newspapers and magazines. She was Editor of English Heritage’s Members’ Magazine which was awarded the PPA’s Best Members’ Magazine. Sally is a BACP registered psychotherapist and an ICF and BACP registered Coach. She specialises in creative intelligence and runs workshops and one to one coaching for people working in the creative industries.

Tim Cohen was born in London in 1961. He attended Lyndhurst House and St Paul’s School where he was a friend and fellow pupil with Simon Milton from the age of 6 until 17.
On leaving school Tim went to train and qualify with Ernst & Young as a Chartered Accountant and then starting up his own Accountancy & Audit practice with two of his brothers. Tim specialised in Film and Television work.
After selling the firm in the mid 1990’s Tim started getting interested in home design and, along with his partner and later husband, experimented on their home improvement. As a result of this, they started a business together, where Bruce created sculptures and Tim began promoting his work. There is a wonderful sculpture of Simon Milton, created by Bruce Denny (Tim’s husband) in Merchant Square, Paddington, London.

Before moving to work in education in order to spend more time with her young family, Alex spent 14 years working for one of the world’s top 20 PR agencies in three different continents; firstly, as Regional Business Development & Marketing Manager for Asia (based in Hong Kong), then as Global Marketing Director (based in New York) and most recently as acting Managing Director of the UK business (based in London).
Early in her career she spent four years working closely with Simon Milton at Westminster City Council where she was the Leader’s Policy Analyst and subsequently Head of the Leader’s Office.

In 1994 Annie Walker joined the Regent Street Association having started her working life in Advertising. The role involved organising the traffic free events, including the Christmas Lights, overseeing the marketing and PR, and working with the Crown Estate and the City of Westminster to improve the retail offer, public realm and the overall environment of Regent Street. Since its inception, Annie organised many fund-raising events for the Sir Simon Milton Foundation. She is also a supporter and was a fundraiser for the redevelopment of the Regent Street Cinema. Since 2015 Annie has been the Honorary Clerk to the Past Overseers’ Society.
In March 2017 Annie was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Letters from the University of Westminster for her contribution to retail and Regent Street.
She retired in October 2017 from the Regent Street Association and has since worked part time managing her partner’s dental practice.
